 Welcome to Safwah Elite Transport. By booking our limousine services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

• All bookings must be made in advance via our official channels (WhatsApp, phone, or website).
• A booking is only confirmed upon receiving confirmation from our team.
• Safwah Elite Transport reserves the right to decline or amend any booking based on availability.

• Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking.
• Accepted payment methods include PayNow, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• Any additional charges incurred during the service must be settled promptly.

• More than 24 hours prior to pickup: No cancellation fee 
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of booking fee applies 
• No-show / last-minute cancellation: 100% of booking fee applies
• All cancellations or changes must be communicated through our official channels.

• Standard pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time 
• Airport arrivals: 60 minutes complimentary (from flight landing time) 
• Additional waiting time will be charged accordingly.

• Passengers must comply with the seating capacity of the assigned vehicle.
• Luggage must be declared in advance to ensure proper vehicle arrangement.
• Safwah Elite Transport reserves the right to refuse service if capacity limits are exceeded.

• While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients are advised to allocate sufficient buffer time for important appointments such as flights or events.

• Vehicle models are subject to availability but will be within the same category or upgraded where possible.
• All our drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and committed to delivering a premium experience.

• Any service exceeding the booked duration will incur overtime charges, billed in hourly increments.

• By confirming a booking with Safwah Elite Transport, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
